Great food, best I’ve had in years!! Not heavy or slimy like some can be. Lovely service too ????
Great food, super tasty and hot. Our go to Chinese in the area.
So after traveling 10 miles to collect our family meal of 3 chow meins we got home to just repulsive inedible food.
I rang and reported and was fobbed off.
Drove another 10 miles to return all meals to be greeted with no appoligies for the poor food,but did offer to refund well sort of ,because a few chips had been eaten it was put across that £1.50 would be charged.
Yup you heard right,not a full refund and a meal on the house a £1.50 charge ,and despite 25 years of loyal buying and 40 miles of wasted fuel.
I just can't believe the skanky tight fistedness of this shop and a total contemp towards customers.
Never never again will I open there door again.
At least they got to wear the remaining chips.
Never have I encountered such meanness ,I mean to charge for a hand full of chip eaten begs belief.
Just got back with my salt chilli ribs wow...3 out of the size ribs was just bare bones..shocking bbq sauce looks like sweet and sour no taste...if you fancy a Chinese this is your last resort..
We’ve been going to the Wok inn for decades and used to recommend it. We got our food tonight and I can’t understand how it’s fallen so far. My daughter had a couple of forkfuls and then went and heated a can of soup. My dinner wasn’t even a shadow of what it used to be like and my husband has been vomiting half the night. Even basic things like prawn crackers tasted vile. I just don’t know what’s going wrong with them but we won’t waste our money again.
Sold gone off Chicken!! . Shocking was given spring rolls that had clearly gone off and told bring them back in for us to check.. They had clearly been reheated and even told they were cooked fresh today, no chance!! .. This put everyone off there food and was told only get a refund for the spring rolls.. Shocking service and food quality..
Absolutely shocking behaviour. I made a complaint a week ago to which I was told my order would be replaced when I next ordered. I spoke to the manager of this "so called establishment" and was told that my food was on its way. I then waited 1 hour and a half to be insulted by the delivery driver using foul language. I was then called a lier by the manager saying that my claims were fictitious! I would not give one star on this review I feel completely abused and hurt that a local company would conduct their business in this manner. I will be taking this matter further and I would like to advise anyone thinking of using this establishment think twice!!
Great Chinese takeaway. Everything was spot on. Crispy chilli beef to die for.
